Mission Statement
At We ALL-EN, a nonprofit
501(c)(3) organization, our mission is to empower youth through sports, education, and mentorship, fostering confidence, character, and community leadership. Founded in 2017 by world-renowned trainer Justin Allen, the We ALL-EN Foundation is dedicated to empowering youth through the game of football. Through this core pillar, Justin established a high-profile 7v7
football program designed to showcase Houston’s top youth talent. This program provides young athletes with a unique opportunity to play the sport they love while developing discipline, teamwork, and the essential fundamentals of life.

Our Teams
ALL-EN 7v7 features both local and national teams focused on developing elite student-athletes.
Our 18u and 15u teams compete across Texas and nationwide against top programs, gaining the best competition and exposure.
Our 12u and 10u teams compete locally against the strongest teams in Texas, building their skills and foundation for the next level.
Recognized as one of the nation’s premier 7v7 football development programs, ALL-EN athletes compete from January through May in 6–8 elite tournaments each season. These opportunities not only showcase their athletic talent but also provide valuable college recruiting and scholarship exposure.
